EXPERT: MODULE SEVEN

MODULE SEVEN covers ITH ( in the hands ) FALSE SHUFFLES and CUTS including 15 False Shuffles and Cuts and many more discussed in-between - I've been excited to get to this one so that I could return to The FALSE ITH RILLE SHUFFLE, which this project leads up to, starting with The FALSE SHUFFLE THEORY and covering many deceptive methods in-between.

Although the Expert course is for Card Table Deceptions, and although I use the table many times in this project, my aim was to keep the deck in hand, which is also very useful for the performing Magician who would typically perform without the surface before him - so even if you're not wanting to learn these deceptions for the card table, most of them are transferable to standing performance environments. With my hands-free approach I always look for or create a surface in my participants hands so its worth keeping an open mind yet being prepared for any given situation.

In the Module - as with every Module - I am only offering thoughts and lesson on what I have learnt directly from the cold school of experience - the very teacher that lead me here today to only really use two false ITH shuffles; the False Overhand Shuffle and the ITH False Riffle Shuffle - reserving my practice and performance time for these two alone allows me to keep them sharper than they would be were I dividing my time between 20 different shuffles ( Jack of all shuffles or master of 2? ) However, as you can see from the contents below, I have covered so much more than these two, all of which I do use, I would use and I have used in the intended environment.

I have managed to squeeze a lot of information into this 1-hour 22-minute false shuffle workshop, and I implore that as much as you may want to skip to the good stuff, this Module is a journey, of which the first 20 minutes are the most important - if you can bring The FALSE SHUFFLE Theory into your life, every should you ever execute will be another practice and performance of a false shuffle, and your decks will always be in order, just like mine.
