Price Promise – Terms & Conditions

This Price Promise applies exclusively to USPCC and COPAG Playing Cards purchased directly from our website.

If you purchase one or more USPCC and COPAG Playing Card decks from us and, on the same calendar day, find the exact same product available at a lower price online, you may submit a claim. If validated, we will refund the price difference only.

Eligibility criteria:

• The product must be identical in all respects (brand, model, edition, quantity, and condition).
• The lower price must be publicly available from an online retailer.
• The price comparison must be made on the same day as the original purchase.
• Valid evidence must be provided (e.g. a working URL or screenshot clearly showing the product, price, retailer, and date).

Exclusions and limitations:

• Delivery charges, taxes, and ancillary fees are excluded from the comparison.
• Prices from auctions, marketplaces, clearance or liquidation sales, private sellers, or membership-only sites are excluded.
• Prices resulting from typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or limited-quantity flash sales are excluded.
• Bundle deals, free gifts, promotional incentives, and multi-buy offers are excluded.
• The Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, voucher codes, or promotional offers.

All claims are subject to verification and approval by our team. We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet these Terms & Conditions.
