We can see you ordered on 31 Aug, just two days after the customs regulations were radically changed in your country.

In case you were not aware, President Trump ordered the removal of the U.S. de minimis import exemption, effective August 29, 2025. The order eliminated the ability for low-value packages (under $800) to enter the U.S. duty-free. Trump's administration stated the goal was to stop the flow of illegal drugs and ensure fair competition for U.S. businesses. Shipping companies and border control services scrambled to put in place processes and resources to cope with the sudden, and huge, additional workload.

The knock-on impact however was even more far reaching - from customers (like you) being personally affected to small businesses (like us) receiving damaging, 1-star reviews for circumstances that are far beyond our control.

We can see that your goods have now cleared customs and we hope you have your cards soon. We would also ask that, when they arrive, you consider revising your review, to include commentary on the order itself.

In the meantime, please note that, in direct response to the new customs regulation in the US, we have moved to offering 'Delivery Duty Paid' shipping via FedEx - this will ensure a.) you know the exact 'landed cost' of your items before you purchase, and b.) you get your goods way faster.
