Cards are great and I absolutely love them however I wouldn't have bought them if I'd known that they wouldn't be wrapped in cellophane. I understand that they needed to be signed but i assumed they woukd be re wrapped. Although I also received a free deck which was an amazing sign.

The shipping has been a real pain. It’s taken two months to arrive and we had to pay an unexpected customs fee

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed. We can see that you placed a pre-order on July 31, 2025 for the MAD DECK which launched on Aug 31, 2025. We actually sent your order ahead of the official launch date on Aug 30, 2025.

The US government officially removed the $800 de minimis import threshold for all countries on August 29, 2025, following an executive order issued by President Trump on July 30, 2025. This change, which suspended the exemption for low-value commercial shipments, requires all such imports, regardless of value or origin, be assessed for duties and taxes.

As we understand it, your parcel was held up for a few days at customs for this reason which, as I'm sure you will appreciate, was outside of our control.

In summary, the deck you ordered was a pre-order, it was sent ahead of time, and it was held up as a result of customs changes that happened in the US, between order and shipment.

The Mad deck is one of a kind! I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best design so far! I love the feel, quality, and durability of the cardstock. It has a nice, soft feel, with a thick, durable stock that doesn't wear out like other decks!
