This is The ARTEFACT Pocket Index - a deck made up of 52 x Photographs of 'Charlie.'
The Magician carries a single photograph of his Great Grandad, Charlie, he shows the participant the photo and leaves it out in the open, he invites his participant to instinctively associate a playing card with the image.  As the participant names any card, for example, they name the 4 of Hearts.  The Magician then explains that Charlie wrote his lucky playing card on the back of the photo.  The photo is then turned over to show a message which reveals the participants freely name playing card.

This trick works with every single card, so the Participant really can name any card, and as far as they know, there is only one single photo in play.
